Standard Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- Original Condition and Packaging: All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include any packaging or accessories provided at the time of delivery. This ensures that the item can be resold to another customer without additional processing or refurbishment on our part. If the product is not in a resale-ready state—such as damaged packaging or missing components—and requires new packaging or other preparations, a surcharge may apply. The nature and amount of this surcharge will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Unused Items: Items must be strictly unused. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, assembled, or modified in any way.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return postage or delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

VIP Members Return Policy

As a valued VIP Member, you enjoy an unlimited timeframe for returning your items, as long as all the conditions above are met and your VIP status is maintained.
- Maintaining VIP Status: The unlimited return timeframe is valid only while your VIP membership is active. If your VIP status changes, standard return policies will apply.

Refund Process

    - Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions.
    - Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
    - Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that original shipping fees (if any), return shipping costs, and any associated delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization.
    2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
    3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Important Information

    - Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
    - Exceptions: Items not meeting the return conditions, custom-made orders, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
