The delivery timeframe depends on the products you are buying, their stock level and lead times. The delivery timeframe is calculated at the checkout page before you finalise the order. Our system will calculate the timeframe after your finish adding products to the cart.
All orders are currently being delivered free of charge unless a specific delivery charge has been communicated to the customer.
At OZ Home Hub, we strive to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Please note that our delivery service is to the doorstep of your specified address. For houses, this means the front door of your home. For apartments, units, or multi-storey buildings, delivery is to the ground floor entrance only. Our delivery personnel are unable to carry items up stairs or lifts to individual units or floors.
We utilize third-party courier companies for our deliveries, which allows us to reach customers nationwide efficiently. Due to their operational policies, certain limitations apply regarding delivery beyond the ground floor entrance. If you reside in a multi-level building, please make necessary arrangements to transport your items from the ground floor to your unit.

If you may not be home, you can provide 'Authority to Leave' instructions during checkout. Please note that by selecting this option, OZ Home Hub is not liable for any loss or damage after delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or no one being available to receive the goods, a re-delivery fee may apply.
As the items are delivered via third-party couriers, we can’t offer assembly services. Please consider reaching out to your local handyman in case you need help with assembly.
All items come with sturdy packaging to make sure your furniture is delivered without any damage. Our couriers can not open the packaging and remove the packaging rubbish. Most of the packaging rubbish can be recycled in your household bins.
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages or defects.
